Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data really private?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption and a zero-knowledge architecture. Your recovery data is encrypted before it's stored, and we can't read it.
Can I use this offline?
Crisis resources work offline. For full functionality, an internet connection is needed to sync your encrypted data.
How do I reset my recovery date?
Go to Settings and update your recovery/sobriety date. Your clean time counter will recalculate automatically.
Can I use Full Measures for multiple programs?
Yes. Enable AA, NA, and/or DBT from Settings. Each program adds its own set of tools to your dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
